The café forms part of the popular M54 Space Centre which offers a range of industrial units and serviced offices. The Space Centre is well located on the Halesfield Industrial Estate one of Telford’s main business locations adjacent to the A442 Dual Carriageway, approximately 4 miles to the South of Telford Centre and the M54 Motorway.

Notable occupiers on the Halesfield Estate include Protolabs, Morgan McLernon Transport, Besblock and CEDO.

The café provides ground floor premises with an
external decked seating area.

An internal seating area is offered with a serving counter and stores to the rear.

The unit has tiled floors with painted ceilings/strip lighting and central heating.

There are double pedestrian doors opening onto an external decked area for potential outdoor seating.  There is a secondary entrance adjoining.  A range of existing fixtures and fittings is includes, such as tables, chairs, gas cooker with extractor hood, fridges and freezers etc (not tested).

Extensive on site communal parking is located at the front of the café.
